Agapanthus
August sees the stunning Agapanthus or the Blue African Lily in full bloom. This exotic bloomer is a star of late Summer borders with its graceful foliage and majestic flower heads. They add drama and colour to borders, and work equally well in pots and large containers on the patio. Plant them where they will get full sun in a moist soil that will not get too wet and you should have repeat flowerings year on year.
